You may returned any unopened item within 30 days of purchase for a
Buytech.com credit. If you request a refund, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. For opened box products, specific manufacturers, such as HP, Cisco and Microsoft do not allow returns. Please check with the respective manufacturers website for more details.

Is there a rebate available for my product?
Rebates are available for many products. There are two different types of rebates. 1. Mail-In. 2. Instant. Mail-In rebates can be found at our rebate center or at the respective manufacturers website. With a mail-in rebate, you will need to mail the rebate to the manufacturer with your receipt, claim form and the UPC from the original box. You can expect to receive your rebate check anywhere between 4-8 weeks. Instant rebates are applied automatically to the price you see on our website.
